Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning

Our Specialist comes with a wealth of experience having cleaned carpets and upholstery for some 20 years. We are able to clean all types of carpets and rugs and all upholstery with the exception of leather and curtains.

Before work is commenced our Specialist will carry out a Free Survey to check the carpet fibre and carry out ‘Spot checks’ in order to identify any stains and the required treatment.

Your carpet is then treated with a ‘Pre-Spray’ appropriate to the type and condition of the carpet being cleaned agitating the fibre and left to soak in.

A HWE (Hot Water Extraction) system is then used to perform the task of cleaning the carpet and/or upholstery. This type of system which is favored in the industry and therefore the most frequently used lifts dirt to the surface leaving the powerful suction tools to swiftly remove the dirt particles resulting in a deep carpet clean.

Our Specialist comes equipped with a range of Chemicals which help to remove most stains as well as odors ; the most frequent of which is ‘pet odors’ and specifically those caused by cat urine. Removal of stains , especially those that have been long established comes down to the experience of the operative and using the correct chemicals . Although most stains can be removed completely or partially their removal cannot be guaranteed.

On completion of your carpet and/or upholstery cleaning service our Operative can also provide a 'stain protection' solution which is there to protect the item from future staining. This is an additional service and charged as an ‘extra’ should you require it.
